Growing Up (A Study of James)

Description

This bible class study combines thoughts and study from Warren Wiersbe’s book “Be Mature” with other resources for a challenging study of the Book of James. James challenges Christians to grow in spiritual maturity, breaking the mold of immaturity and growing up in Christ. This study examines each chapter and challenges the bible student each week to take action to grow in their Christian life.

This download includes student handouts, formatted to print on a letter-size paper (8.5 x 11) and the teacher PowerPoint slideshows.  The handouts have blanks for students to fill-in during the class and the PowerPoint slideshows have the answers to the blanks on the slides.  I would also encourage you to purchase and read “Be Mature” (by Warren Wiersbe) for this class; however, some be cautious and compare everything in the book with the “whole counsel of God” as some Calvinistic comments are included in this text.
