How To Use This Material

There are many ways to use this material. Since there are 260 chapters in the New Testament, you can read five chapters a week and complete the New Testament in one year. This is easily done by yourself and can be done a little each day or in one sitting each week. The questions in this book will help you go back and remember the reading better, reinforcing the facts and lessons in the text.

Another enjoyable way to use this material is to do it with your family or get a group of people who will read 5 chapters each week, answer the 50 questions, then meet once a week and discuss the results. Dr. Milo Hadwin has devoted more than six decades to preaching and teaching the gospel across the United States and around the world. Born in Belpre, Ohio, and raised in Winter Haven, Florida, he was introduced early to mission work when his family helped establish the one of the first churches of Christ on the continent of South America in Montevideo, Uruguay. A graduate of Harding University (B.A.), Abilene Christian University (M.A. in Bible), and Harding University Graduate School of Religion (M.Div., D.Min.), Milo has preached for congregations in West Virginia, Washington, Tennessee, and Oregon, and has taught at Northeastern Christian Junior College (Villanova, PA) and Harding University (Searcy, AR).

His ministry has included mission work in Jamaica and China, where he helped establish cross-cultural educational programs, recruited and mentored hundreds of students, and received the Lotus Award for excellence in teaching. Author of numerous Bible study volumes, Milo has combined scholarship, evangelism, and leadership throughout his life of service. He and his wife, Karen, have been married since 1970 and are blessed with two children, Windy (David) Medley and Daniel (Jessie) Hadwin, two grandchildren, and a growing legacy of faith that spans generations and nations.
